Guild Wars 2 Silenced Assassins

Over last like 4 weeks I've been asked what it takes to rank up and what the purpose of the ranks is and who is expected to do what. This'll just be to clear up any lingering questions over it.

I give out ranks for a variety of things such as

1. Being Part of the Guild Community: This means you do not hide in the background of guild chat and not say anything. Be part of the group and speak up. This goes to an extent I'm pretty lenient as far as guild chat goes but please try to be mature about it. (As mature as SA chat gets lol)

2. Rep Us:   ...  Yeah.

3. Event Attender: This goes hand and hand with the first way to rank up, When I plan out something like guild missions or of the sort, you attend. Simple as that

4. Event Planner: Run a event or even plan something. There is nothing I appreciate more then someone saying they have an event they want to run.

5. Donations: This one is limited as I do not want people buying their way up to Co Leader. Show you have a vested interest in the guild and that you want to help us either get stuff we need for guild hall upgrades, get us decorations from scribe, or even help transfer someone over

6. Seniority: This is the easiest way. Simply be with us for a while.

That is how you rank up here is what is usually required for each rank

Commander: All of the above and must be a major Event Planner.
Officer: #1,2,3,5,6  and a lil of 4
Co Officer: #1,2,3,5,6
Senior Member: You must be #1,2,3,6  With a bit of 5
Veteran Member: A mix of  #1,2,6
Dedicated Member:  Usually minimal amount of one of the above. Best to have #2
Member: Default Rank no Requirements
Server Rep: Simply don't rep us or even be on the same server as us

I expect my Co Leaders and higher to be at least able to be mature at times and helpful toward other guild members. I except my Officers and Commanders to be able to take up command for me when I'm not around and either run events I normally would or at least keep the panic level to a minimum  I do not want a repeat of the vacation comics I drew
